It had been approx. 15 years since we had visited Disneyland with our own Children, and it was a place that I have wanted to visit for quite some time now. Our oldest daughter along with our youngest grandchildren and their father were taking a vacation this summer to this Magical Place!
So, we asked if we could come along? And we did! We spent 5 days & could watch the nightly fireworks from our hotel room window! (Which are even BETTER than the fireworks on the 4th of July). That became our nightly routine... Needless to say, the days were long for we, the eldest and our youngest granddaughter, but the fun and entertainment was endless! I recommend that ALL grandparents go with their grandchildren to an amusement park, you will smile all day long, every day! We traveled the park with Disney Princesses a few days (our granddaughters), and heads turned with big smiles as we walked through the streets. We ate Mickey Mouse cookies & rode on the rides. We enjoyed Disneyland all over again, through different eyes!
